I blipped this building back in April here. Seems the place is much as it was, the owner is still covering up the graffiti (apart from the tag, probably new). And so it sits, amongst offices and businesses, stranded and semi-abandoned. Seems odd that the real estate hasn't be sold, it's in a busy area not far from the Oregon Convention Center.

There was a dumped couch on the other side of the house too. A matching pair.
