Source of Potassium

Firstly thanks for all the stars and positive comments on yesterday's Nairn beach Image it has helped boost my confidence. Sunday was wet very wet and I struggled to find a decent image, indoor photography is not my thing even though I took lots of pictures, mainly of cameras on a vintage tripod and some poor garden shots but I tried this. I have a thing for Bananas at the moment and I reckon I have a potassium deficiency as I cannot eat enough of them. This week could be very significant for me, my health, job and way of life. That sounds quite dramatic and hopefully it will be a big anti climax but this week will be an adventure.I hope sincerely that everyone has a less adventurous week;)
