St Rollox monument

I tried to photograph this sculpture a month or so ago but it was surrounded by workies.   I believe they are opening a new Home Bargains store just across the road. 

So today I was at the nearby supermarket and found the surrounduing area deserted, and the perfect opportunity to get my set of pictures.

It is a monumnent to those who worked in this area building the many steam and diesel locomotives which were then exported all over the world.
