We have many beautiful and colourful birds in Queensland, and this is a Blue Faced Honeyeater, otherwise known as a Banana Bird! He was not afraid to land near us either and had his eye on a puddle of water, so kept flying down to drink. I was lucky to snap him while he was so near.
