Fading

Andy had an appointment at the doctor this morning so I took Merlin on his morning walk.  It was a bit of a rush to fit it in before work but great to get out in the fresh air before sitting down at a desk for hours.  I managed to finish work early enough to get out for the early evening dog walk with Andy  - this time next week the clocks will have gone back and it will be dark by the time I get home.  I'll miss these walks at the end of the day - they have been filled with special moments over the last few weeks - barn owls, teasels and stunning light and shadows.  Ah well, we'll have to find some special things out on the late evening walk when it is dark and cold!
