Kaffir Lily

Photo taken at breakfast time.
The low early sunshine made some lovely shadows on the fence.
A dear friend gave me a pot of these plants last year.
I thought the very cold winter had killed them off, but the first green shoots started showing in May, and at last I have two flowers.
Better late than never.

Another sunny day, but much colder.
I think the wood burner may be lit at the weekend.
