Luminous larch

Our delightful walk was extended a little further than intended as we dropped down Heber's Ghyll.  I'd forgotten how far it dropped down and ended up having to climb a long and steep way back up to reach the van.  

Still, it was a wonderful day to be out and Little Dog wasn't complaining.  In fact, she seemed overjoyed to be out and about.

With a headache this afternoon, I almost didn't manage to get out on my bike but made it round the block and feel a lot better now.
