Body Temp

The current way of checking body temperature is through a machine stuck in the ear. The probe is covered with this little hat, adding to the plastic mountain we produce in the name of the ‘Elphin’ ie health and safety. I do wonder how many ears are infected sufficiently to put others at risk
Because of a HB of 86, I spent the night having 2 units of blood over 6 hours, with a temp check every 15 mins for 1st hour of each unit and hourly there thereafter
