Terrific Taupo

The end of a long but awesome day. Up at 6am, on the start line of the Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge (along with over 8,700 others) by 7.30am, the gun went off about 8am. 4 hours, 53 minutes and 50 seconds later I was back, having completed 160km under my goal of 5 hours!!

A very happy chappie am I!!

Even managed a dip in the lake the following day.
