A generous Spring
Each late afternoon I wander around the garden gathering things for the evening meal and checking on the garden. The bees are busy in the sweetest smelling orange grove and the bearded irises are looking light bright majestic silk. The roses seem so early in their abundance this year and the golden elms are turning bright lemon-gold as they give up their seedheads in drifts to the gentle breeze.
