Sharing the light

We went west to Glen Eden to see the progress which has happened for daughter J’s house. We have combined some renovation with major structural repairs, and that has resulted in significant delays. As we walked up the drive I caught sight of an old fashioned red rose in amongst the mock orange blossom (Philadelphus). The rose is climbing all through the other as it seeks its share of the sunlight.
