A change of scenery

It’s fair to say that I wasn’t feeling my best today, after last night’s team night out. The last things I felt like doing were going out beating for the day followed by a night in Biggar at the Beer and Gin Festival - however, that is exactly what I did.

It was our first day on the pheasants this year and back to Baddinsgill (West Linton) which made a nice change.

I had been looking forward to our NMB road trip but really wasn’t on the best form. Luckily I took the car so was able to head home a bit earlier. That’ll teach me!
