Rich tapestry

Didn’t sleep well but at least because I woke early I managed to catch up a bit before going in for our morning session round table catch up where we decided to each do a 10 year personal narrative. Interesting as always and prompts a lot of self reflection.
Finished with a presentation on EFI that buoyed everyone up and got us talking, then over to the office for a while to catch up further.
Having terrible trouble getting a withdrawal from an account that Kt&T need for their house and so had my daily complaint call trying to get it expedited. Driving me mad!
Met up for panel discussion and exhibition opening at TR gallery. Strange to see the exhibition from Venice last year in these surroundings, alongside some others including some beautiful dresses embroidered with words of resistance, and this performance piece of young people writing protest phrases on windows, then cleaning them off and re-doing. Over the wine and beer we chatted with lots of people about ‘the necessary opacity of art’ (phrase of the night!) and other stuff before Malaysian on the way home. Watched some Luisa Omelan on TV with chocolate and chat.
