We went to see Rob Newman at the Playhouse for some reason (I presume Beck heard him on Radio 4 and thought he sounded like a nice feller...) Anyway he was erudite and thought-provoking and funny too. It was, as Beck said, kind of how you hoped all your lectures might be when you got to Uni - but with added jokes and a wicked Paul McCartney impression...
