Chilly 3 degrees! Parkrun

So the chilly bottle said it all, from 17 degree to 3 wooo. Love running in cold bright mornings more than the heat.

A PB which pleased me, even after turning round amd running back to a runner who tripped on tree roots.

I just cannot part with there faithful trainers! The are only 16months old..Much mileage
