Photography skills

George was in charge of taking the photo because “he’s a teenager and good at these things”. At least this one had bits of us all in it. This was at the end of a walk in Clapham Woods where we got a bit entangled with a pheasant shoot. We were happy when we got caught up with them to announce our presence and to ask where we could walk without getting shot.

Before that we got the holiday thing practically pinned down and I made Hannah drive me to the dump in her roomy car to chuck out two mattresses. I shall start inviting her down whenever we need house clearance.

And now I have been to the supermarket, organised the house a bit and am lightly resting in front of the telly.
