Phil M’Pockets

This evening the play “Turbulent Times” was performed in Whitchurch. It’s about Telford and the coming of the canal to Ellesmere. It’s written by local people and is really good.

I’ve had little chance of taking photos as I’m in the band but managed this of Phil, an investor reduced to digging bones from the graveyard.

Tomorrow night is the final performance, on home territory in Ellesmere. Lots of tickets have been sold so hopefully it will be a good night.
