Saturday: Brooms

We've had a full day with Hans and Leslie. After breakfast we headed to Granville Island. It's full of artisanal shops, including this one where brooms are still made in the old-fashioned way.

From there, we headed to Yaletown for lunch at 'Rodney's Oyster House', new for us and fabulous. We'll definitely be back.

Then on to Queen Elizabeth Park and the Bloedel Conservatory. When we got home we had a first for us and carved our first pumpkin - we're cutting it fine but better late than never.
