Modern fatherhood
The cheese maker was distracted today. He had his phone propped up on one side of the stall and every few seconds his infant son's chubby face would flash across the screen at which his dad would grin, shout encouragement and cackle with laughter as the one-year-old, safe at home, randomly manipulated the device. It was difficult to get the man to cut and wrap his cheese at all.
He explained that, like himself, the baby is lactose-intolerant. They can't eat milk products.
Nevertheless the cheese is very good.
