Portland Bill

This afternoon we headed over to Portland for a walk but decided to visit the lighthouse instead - as you do! Lots of steps up but so worthwhile. Also interesting to hear the history - I didn’t realise all lighthouses have their own timings of flashings so ships know exactly which lighthouse they can see - clever stuff.
This evening we went to the Pavilion to see Goodnight Mr Tom by a youth drama group - they did it very well.
