It’s that time of year again for the annual nighttime trek to Ripley for the bonfire, firework display and fun fare.

But of a different walk this time as our usual route was closed off due to work on the weir. So it was a tramp through the woods to get there which given the time of year so near Hallowe’en added to the spooky atmosphere.
