These are the steps of the Weston Library on Broad Street in the centre, opposite the Sheldonian Theatre, so it isn't as if the view is uninspiring. In fact, they are busy filming the next series of Endeavour here today. 

Didn't see any of the stars ( or any of the cast actually, a few crew and a lot of things blocking the already limited parking here ... ), but exciting none the less - not that you would think it from this lot :-P
