All change

I had quite a busy morning cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, then in the garden, plus preparing dinner for the evening. Jon and H went to archery and Daniel surfaced at about 10. After coffee, Jon and H then finished the electrical work they started yesterday and now we have 3 fully functioning double sockets in the conservatory. It is mad how pleasing that is!!

After lunch all four of us headed to the allotment with the trailer to collect rubbish. We spent about an hour and a half moving all the heavy bits across to the new plot, including the girls. They are now eggstatic with their new run - an extra long space tacked on to the end of their regular run. It has cabbages and cauliflowers that have gone to seed growing in it, so they can feast while digging over the bed for us. We worked hard to get it all done before the downpour, just getting showered on. See my extra photo. The sky was a beautiful dark blue, but we got home with a trailer full of stuff to dump, just before it rained.

We've watched the 2nd episode of Strangers (Lots still to catch up on) followed by the 2nd episode of Butterfly. More tv tonight.

My head is aching horribly. Grrr. I haven't had a really bad head for ages, so I really hope this goes soon. It's been a few days now. Being outside has definitely taken my mind off it. Fingers crossed I don't have it all week.
