Ribollita - italian bean & veg soup

Today is the first time in 2 weeks that I have had the energy to cook - this smells delish, and looks good too.

It's great not feeling like a limp dishcloth any more. Just as well, as the 'other half' seems to be developing the cold now. Oh Joy.

I didn't get the job that I was interviwed for last Thursday. There was someone with better experience than me. So be it. A bit disappointed, but not surprised -I knew that if I was offered the post I'd have been very lucky !
