The Last Day

Day three of the seminar, and fascinating though it is, I am starting to flag (despite my lunch-time naps!) The round-table discussion is "Chatham House Rules" (no quote is directly attributable, so people can speak freely from their own experience without fear of a come-back). The topic this year was "rural development in a time of austerity"... and as you you may well imagine, there were some very forceful opinions!
