Iron Chef

When ever dinner is being prepared I usually get to have the honor of being sous-chef. However tonight I was lucky enough to have one of my own! Our daughter Hannah was very excited to get to help with the mortar and pestle.

After looking at the shot of sheer intensity I managed to capture I immediately thought of the Iron Chef host!

AND THE SECRET INGREDIENT IS. . . . .. FENNEL!!!!
