A grabbed shot

The dried plant life is sitting on the window ledge waiting for me to get around to some more creative still life photography.  Meanwhile I spent much of the day creating a blog/ journal entry for the camera club website linked to our visit to Wyming Brook on Saturday.  Nick asked me if I’d do a write-up and though I don’t usually go to these lengths I felt I had things I wanted to say about my photography that might form the basis of a short talk.  Especially as one of our newer members had requested that we have a follow up meeting where we show images that we took on the day.  It seems like an excellent idea to me, we just don’t want to leave it too long.
