New shoots

Fed the birds, harvested a few bits and pieces, and admired the new broad bean plants shooting up. Reminds me that spring will come again eventually.

We have new neighbours on one side of the plot - evidently Eric has given up, post his knee op. They were digging out the huge crop of potatoes that he hadn't harvested, from amongst the forest of thistles.
