Day 302/18. Sky - Deconstructed.

We said goodbye to VHS Videos long ago. Then we said goodbye to audio cassette tapes. Goodbye to CD's recently as we switched to MP3 and Spotify.
Our DVD collection now sits in a cupboard gathering dust.
Goodbye to our Sky subscription came a few months ago. Now we stream any movies we want to watch, and stream any catch-up TV we need.
So out goes Sky and the associated subscription.
But there was a hard drive in the Sky 1TB box....and it needed to come out as it may contain all sorts of our personal information that Sky has gleaned from us in recent years.
Amstrad built the boxes well.....it took me a while to deconstruct down to free up the hard drive. But its out.....these bits in the shot will go to be recycled.
The 1.5TB hard drive (extra picture) will be reformatted, and repurposed as a backup drive somewhere by me.
