The C Word

I went to Cambridge with mum and dad. The Christmas department in John Lewis is looking lovely, with their trees being decorated in jewel colours. This is the emerald display. Others included ruby, sapphire, gold and amber. It must be nice to be able to stick to a different colour scheme for your tree each Christmas but I just couldn’t leave off all the decorations the children have made over the years.
