It looks like the train has been due to leave since 19 50

I was early going to my schoolfriend dentist for a checkup so I called into the heritage Chasewater Railway for a look around. It is a former colliery railway but the volunteers are doing a neat job.


The extra photo also keeps the old industry in the memory of Brownhills. To be honest the whole area looks like it needs to start investing in the future not the past.


My dentist is also retiring in a month so I am not sure if I will be back in these parts again.
