Where on earth has all the water come from?

Went out for my walk at lunch time despite looks of horror! It was lovely...just me and the bridge!

Got exceptionally wet even though I had my ski jacket on. (No I don't ski, but it was only £17, although I am too fat for it it could do with being a tad larger)

Came back looking like an Irish Water Spaniel and smelling like a wet labrador!
