Playing with the gel press

So gennepher and I have been playing with our gel press plates and paints and whatnot lately. She went to a lot of trouble to document the process she recently experimented with. I tried the same technique (from a youtube video) and here are some of my results. I think the one in the thumbnail is my best effort.

You would not believe the stack of paper I have with prints on them. I don't know what to do with them... I have made cards out of some of them, and you could tear them to use in collage (I saw some by amazing artists that are simply wonderful). In any case, it's a lot of fun.

I may actually be going back to work very soon. It's happening a bit faster than I can keep up with but I will have to bear down on the clutch and shift gears as best I can. If things go as expected, I have a few more days of freedom and then another adventure starts. Once I get confirmation of the details, I will blip them.
