Watching

Jasper's watching from his viewpoint at the top of the steps at the Mas, but there's nothing much going on, as it seems that the whole village is trying hard to harvest their olives on the third more or less dry day in a row. The UK is not the only country to have had far more than it's normal rainfall this year.

After ten days of only speaking English I began today with a bang by telephoning the hospital about an appointment. I'd received a letter with the date and time for a mammogram but, since I had one in the UK in April, I don't need another one for a further two years - it's just not something that you have when you don't need it... especially since I had a man do the x-ray last time!
