Dim and Dank

No ballet this week because of half term so l went with Mr P and his friends to Bolton Abbey to have a walk while they did a run.
We arrived early and were able to park in our usual spot.
A bit damp and dismal but some weak sunshine brightened things up a bit as l walked along.
Lots of preparation going on to build the forthcoming bonfire.
The estate has a body of workers that seem to put their hand to anything.
Lots of barriers going up too which really spoiled some potential photographs:-)
When l got back to the car park there were over a hundred cars parked up with lots of families spilling out of them already to go on the pumpkin trail or welly walk.
Grandsons are staying with us this coming weekend so might be here for another walk with them but think they are past those two activities.
Met up with the others for a coffee and l went into the shop for a muse round.
Ended up buying a vase vastly reduced to £1, not my taste at all but could see it’s potential for a blip on one of those awful wet, grey days that make up a lot of our winter.
A different Zumba class tonight, a one off for me, again because of half term.
