Feeding time with the grebes

Was so excited to see the grebe  with the grebettes (apparently that really is the name for baby grebes) on its back. Then the male showed up with a little fish which it fed to the young ones. They didn't seem to make any noise and didn't try to get off the mothers back but stretched out to try to be first to the fish. After one got the fish and ate it the male went off to get another one, but by then they'd gone back into the trees and couldn't really be seen.
