Sunset

It's been a lovely day today as the light has been fantastic.
I took some pics down the beach this morning when I was walking Gonzo as the clouds were a lovely gentle colour, and Arran was so clear with snow on top of Goat Fell.
I then had a lovely knit and blether with my friend Gwen, before heading home for a bit before getting the child from school.
We cleaned out the hamster cages this evening and all was well until Thom went upstairs to find one of them had escaped. He was quickly found and happy in his clean home.
We've had a family astronomy evening as there isn't much in the way of cloud and Robs new telescope needs used. We could see Jupiter with 4 moons, and you could just make out the cloud bands around the equator. We also looked at the moon which was so clear. Santa will definitely be getting asked for some more eyepieces and a camera mount for the telescope.
