This structure is outside the Sheraton Hotel in Lothian Road, Edinburgh.
I just put my camera on auto and took a quick snap as it was snowing quite heavily and didn't want my camera getting wet!! Not happy with it all but it's all I've got time for today!!!

Was at my 2nd Coping with Pain workshop today. I am so sore and tired today I was a tad emotional and found the morning quite hard.
The physio that takes it is going to sort out a 1:1 for me with him as I am different to the people who are there - as I am coping with going back to work, and they are all still off.

Now heading along to work for the afternoon.
