Raki in making
A day well spent with a brewer in the village... while the aged wine cooked in this pot as to become raki we waited the process of cooking and brewing for some hours in nice company of this brewer and friends.
In the neighbourhood olives were harvested and a little down the road I passed by from the local olive-press what was in full business. The weather is still fair overhere and good for doing harvest in the fields... I may give a hand in coming days in collecting sweethearts olives.
