Beachcomber

We were at Playa Paraíso early this morning, as the rain had gone and the sun was out.

It was cool, but very pleasant to play on the beach. The recent storms have deposited huge amounts of bamboo on the beaches along this coast. Only where there are tourists have the 'dozers come in and cleared the debris away. It will probably remain here until next summer.

But the rain returned in force this evening. Duke and I cowered on the sofa as the storm flashed and banged right overhead for some considerable time. Now it has calmed so I hope our night patrol might be comparatively dry.

This half term is proving to be a wash out.
