2018 Sunday — Turkey in a Bag

We’ve had a turkey in the freezer for quite sometime and decided it was time to defrost and cook it and also to sell the upright freezer that’s in the garage. So today we baked the turkey and made all the traditional trimmings and we also sold the freezer. It was rather a win/win situation. And the meal was delicious even though it’s not a Martha Stewart picture perfect turkey! It was though a terrific final Sunday in October.
