Halloween

Zebedee has been tirelessly carving pumpkins for days! Max got home from his Mum’s mid morning and joined in.

Definitely Zebedee’s favourite holiday, he took the evening off work and set about scaring the local trick or treaters, we had all the pumpkins out front and inside the smoke machine going, spooky lights and a flying bat whose eyes and mouth glow red as it laughs and screams maniacally and flaps its wings. I opened the door and then he’d race forward on hands and knees spittting blood and growling through the smoke, lots of screaming from the kids!

We watched The Omen!

Zebedee’s friend Dan came over which was lovely as he’s moved away and we haven’t seen him for ages, also Max and Zebedee’s friend Leigh from the gym, we tang auncle John and my Dad and has them on speaker phone telling ghost stories and then when Janette came to pick up Erin we read some Edward Gorey books aloud.

Great fun.
