The Lake

Just 15 mins from where I live is this lovely area of natural beauty.
A walk along the River Ver in Park Street then following the trails around the Frogmore lakes. lots of different trails to follow, The River Ver Trail, The Abbey Flyer Walk, St Stephens Parish Circular Trail are all easy walks that you can do at your own pace.
Caught sight of hawks flying above and one really large bird of prey that I could not focus on.

I think I need to resign myself to the fact that I will never be any good at capturing a decent photo of a bird in flight. Mostly down to my right eye but also in part because I'm just to slow to focus. But you never know, maybe one day .....

Back to the housework I suppose. A mans work is never done!
