A quick visit to Tampere ...

Kalevala Monument is a bronze monument in front of  Kaleva Church, designed by Terho Sakki. The Monument is 4.5 meters tall and was unveiled on the day of Tampere on September 30, 1973. A rough sculpture  describes the birth of the world from an egg of a bluebill .
