Abstract Thursday

This is rather an "Emergency Blip" as I'm having a busy day. On Sunday we discovered (purely by lucky chance!) that our camera club is scheduled to run the programme at an exchange visit at a neighbouring club tonight!  Phew! Exactly where communication failed I'm still not sure (there was probably blame on both sides but I'm pleased that it wasn't my fault), but as you may imagine we've had a slightly busy time organising a suitable programme at short notice and today it was my job to put everything together, tweak Powerpoints etc etc. Anyway everything's safely on a memory stick now so I'll be setting off with it shortly.

Ingeborg has left us free to choose any theme for our abstract today. This started life as a photo of the carpet on the landing outside my little study (yes I didn't have time to venture far from my computer!), suitably messed up in Photoshop. (Note: The carpet is actually mainly blue but I thought I'd turn it into a sunny colour to make me feel warmer...)
