Happy Birthday Daughter #1

This is a Fraisier cake. My daughter saw it on The Great British Bake Off and said she'd love it as a birthday cake - so I obliged. The recipe has 34 steps, none of which is too challenging, but a little time consuming. However, it was worth the effort as Jen was very surprised and appreciative.
