AGM in Gainsborough

East and West Lindsey merged at the end of March into Citizens Advice Lindsey and I have agreed to continue as a trustee and Vice Chair for two years. Meetings to tie up the financial and legal consequences of closing one company and charity and transferring it's assets to another are a necessary part of the process. Fortunately, by the third meeting of the afternoon we could turn our attention to ways in which we might help clients as they are moved onto Universal Credit.
