Mondays are never good for getting a photo; the plunge back into the working week seems to end with me reaching the end of the day wondering what happened.

+1/3 told me something really interesting: why pirates have eye patches. It's not because they lost an eye when fighting. No? No, instead it's to train their eyes so that one is good for day and one is sensitive for night. If the pirate needs to fight at night time they just swap the patch over to the other eye. He even knew about rods and cones. I don't think this is why pirates had patches but as an idea to have sprung from +1/3's head it was pretty smart. Yaaaaaar.
