Spring cleaning in reverse

A drizzly, mizzly, grizzly day in Limehouse.
So much so I didn't leave the flat until early evening but spent the day getting the place winter ready, a sort of spring clean in reverse.
Heating programme reset, muesli at the back of the shelf, porridge promoted to front and central, skimpy clothes packed away with beefy clothes replacing them, lamps upgraded to counter cataract dimming, that sort of thing, you know?
Now what ? Try again to remember how to change the time on the oven ?
Think I'll go and eat worms....
