Spot the Difference

Had to get out of the house today so I went to Peebles to hang around by the wee river there. got a few nice shots of ducks and various other damp wildlife, but I liked this shot. I didn't actually notice there was a difference in the birds until I was processing the shot! Not sure what the different species are? They let me get quite close before taking off though.

I then had a coffee in the cafe and was heading for home when I noticed I had a flat tyre on my new car!!! Typical! Why is it that new cars always seem to be magnets for small dents, scratches, scuff marks and flat tyres? Grrrr.
